  2. I have struggled with this since COVID started. I found that I lose my sense of humor and spark for life I once had. I think between the virus, the fear, the politics, the economy… It was just too much. I am making a point of changing that today. I am going to focus on the good in life and when the bad comes my way, I am going to remain in a thankful and grateful state of mind so it will not hinder my ability to be happy again.
